In August 2022, a VPSA oxygen generation equipment (1850Nm3/h, 90%) built by PKU Pioneer for new energy sector was successfully put into operation. Qualified oxygen was generated within 1 hour after the initial start-up with all the indexes meeting the customer's requirements. Upon the delivery of the project, PKU Pioneer's technical team was presented a silk banner with "Superb Technology and Excellent Service" by the customer, expressing high appreciation for the professional services provided by our technicians over the past few months.
During the construction, due to the delay of the client's civil work, the installation and construction time of the VPSA oxygen system was tightened and the project schedule has become more and more intense since the 3rd quarter. Faced with the difficulty, PKU Pioneer coordinated closely with the customer, civil construction unit and other parties, and carried out the construction overlappingly under the premise of ensuring safety. After overcoming numerous difficulties, PKU Pioneer successfully completed the installation of process equipment, pipelines, instrumentation and electrical engineering. In order to further shorten the construction period, PKU Pioneer responded positively to the customer's operational requirements. After the external facilities such as water and electricity supply are available, PKU Pioneer immediately works overtime to complete the joint test running of the VPSA oxygen system.
In July and August 2022, continuous hot air blanketed many provinces and cities of China, in particular, southern areas experienced extreme heat, and temperatures as high as 40℃ or more have become routine. Despite the influence of many such unfavorable objective factors, PKU Pioneer's project team completed the installation and commissioning target as originally planned through unremitting efforts by taking the customer and project quality the priority, which was well received by the user. And another milestone project of PKU Pioneer was successfully completed in the field of new energy lithium batteries.
